Registration procedure 2025-2026


After completing and returning your pre-registration form:


1. Create an account on Eduka via this link Create an Eduka account and choose “Create an account”If you would like more information on the account creation process, click here: Help creating your account.

2. Fill out the online registration form - Information about the legal guardians (name, surname, email, password, etc.). Once the account is created, you will be redirected to the Eduka homepage.

3. Click on the “New registration” iconthen choose “Create a file for a new student for 2025-2026”.

4. Provide information about the child (name, surname, date of birth, desired schooling), as well as in the different tabs.

5. Sign the school contract (internal regulations) and submit the file.

6.
Participate in the interview with the Director : this exchange can take place remotely (video conference) or in person at the school.

7. Wait for the school's approval. : once the application is completed and the interview is carried out, you will receive confirmation of eligibility by email.

8. Make the tuition payment (registration fee 1st month) to validate the registration.

2025-2026 Registration procedure

After completing and returning your pre-registration form:

2. Complete the online registration form - Information on legal guardians (last name, first name, e-mail address, password, etc.). Once your account has been created, you will be redirected to the Eduka home page.

3. Click on the “New registration” icon, then choose “Create a file for a new student for 2025-2026”.

4. Enter the student's details(last name, first name, date of birth, desired grade level), and fill in the required information in each section.

5. Sign the school contract(including the internal regulations) andSubmit the application.

6. Attend an interview with the Head of School– this meeting can be conducted either remotely (via videoconference) or in person at the school.

7. Wait for the school to validate your application– once the file is complete and the interview has been conducted, you will receive confirmation of eligibility by email.

8. Pay the school fees(registration fee first month) to finalize your enrollment.
